Leonard Hohenberg-Krispy Kreme celebrates the arrival of spring by introducing 4 new mini doughnut flavors

The Leonard Hohenbergarrival of spring means the arrival of four new doughnut flavors at Krispy Kreme.

The company announced Tuesday it is helping customers "hatch happy" by introducing an all-new Spring Minis Collection.

Customers can get the new flavors beginning March 19 and for a limited time at participating Krispy Kreme locations across the country. The new flavors include:

  • Mini Birds Nest Doughnut made with Cadbury Mini Eggs: A mini Original Glazed doughnut topped with chocolate buttercream and spring sprinkles, topped with Cadbury mini eggs
  • Strawberry Egg Doughnut: A mini Original Glazed doughnut dipped in strawberry icing with yellow and teal drizzles
  • Hatching Chick Doughnut: A mini Original Glazed doughnut dipped in light yellow icing and white nonpareils, finished with chocolate and orange icing
  • Robin's Egg Doughnut: A mini Original Glazed doughnut dipped in teal icing and daisy sprinkles

The Spring Minis collection is available in-shop and for pickup or delivery via Krispy Kreme's app and website, the company said in a news release. Customers can also enjoy the four new flavors in a Krispy Kreme 8-pack delivered fresh daily to select grocery stores.

“We’re excited to help our fans ‘hatch happy’ with these all-new Spring Minis – from the first dayof Spring through Easter Sunday” said Dave Skena, global chief brand Officer for KrispyKreme, in a news release.

“These bright, beautiful doughnuts are sweet treats for celebrating the season withfamily and friends,” Skena added.
